2nd to 14th lantern
So I've seen the guy shoot himself from the 8th to the top. But I shot myself from the 2nd pretty much to the end. I'll post a video in a minute

You are going to need a weapon with Agility or the Mida MultiTool to get around the Thralls at the start. There is a rock you can stand on to keep the Thralls away while you kill the Ogre. Hope this helps.
