I lost mine about a year ago. It's a pain in the ass man.
Problem was, my appendix burst in my body, so they apparently stuck a catheter in me during the surgery. I didn't notice until I had to pee and it stung like a bitch. I'm not gonna bullshit you, it's a tough process, but you'll make it.

That's perfectly normal. I didn't poop for a long time after the surgery. You're probably gonna fart, eventually you'll be able to poop, but it's a process.
