Unless I'm not paying attention, I'll skip anything that's not Phogoth or Sekrion.
The others just aren't worth the time. Then again, Strikes got so boring and pointless that I haven't even tried the new ones.

Tell me what's worth about sekrion or phogoth other than i.e. the nexus?

Sekrion is the Nexus. Those 2 (Sekrion & Phogoth) take only about 10 minutes.

Those are particularly valuable to everything else you do between resets. Strike Playlist isn't typically worth the 10-20 minutes it takes to complete, in my opinion.
