i definitely don't think they should do rerolls on Vault gear. It is a level 30 raid (on hard mode) so the gear should reflect that. Iron banner though, I would love an updated Hammer. With some luck on the reforge you can have (in my opinion) the best legendary heavy in the game.
The other part of me says they're doing it right. This game is supposed to evolve and your gear should reflect that. Just updated a weapon you got from the very start over and over again takes away from that.

Yeh with Jolders you definitely want Crowd Control and Field Scout perks for sure. When you get those then it's an amazing weapon. WIth just the 26 bullets it's not so great. I don't think the guy was talking about rerolling the VoG weapons but more that they need their attack values bumped to match the current level of game as the weapons are meant to be some of the most desired but you're better off now with B Line Trauma or the Time On Target from the Vanguards so it makes little sense really. I heard they are working on something but they also obviously have a lot to sort with the new raids issues. Mind you, with the ridiculous amounts they ripped out of non US xbox players for very little extra content from what could already be accessed then they really should have enough resources to deal with this stuff before its a problem in the 1st place.

i like perfect balance a lot, but yea field scout is nice too. Crowd Control for the win!

I never trust the stability bar. Jolders is a slow thudder so its very easy to control the recoil without perfect balance on it. I basically pop people off from distance like its a high power scout rifle at times. It seems its not dropping as a reward this time. I was really hoping to have it as a 331 attack weapon and Bungie messed up on not letting us up our previous ones.
