Are you running a updated modem/router combo from your ISP? If comcast need the 3.0 or higher version modems , Not sure the other modems , but in last 2 years all the main isp upgraded there modems, to stop sending people to there houses, so might need to check into that . Or check out your ISP main website find out other people with the issues, Bet can double your speed . also . Or got a pc on your network blocking the console.
