I'm I the only one with a life?
This is not a knock on anyone who has the time to play destiny 24/7, I'm just not one of them. For Bungie to reset some progress after three months of grinding, I.e. exotics, iron banner, was disappointing. Presumably this is going to happen at least with each expansion and who knows what other update..it's making me lose interest in this game. And is it to much to ask Bungie to come up with more variety in bounties since they want us to play this game all day everyday? Just my 2 cents

They could do kill x mobs with y damage (Arc/Solar/Void) with primary/secondary/heavy. Would give players incentive to do VoG as well. I know a few players who don't have VoC or Atheons Epilogue. Love to see some "Kill 50 fallen with Arc Primary" type bounties.

1 ReplyI have played the crap outta destiny, and will continue to do so until: 1) All the DLC's I paid for are released and have been played through. 2. When Dragon Age Inquisition: game of the year edition releases. 3. Any previous or future Mass Effect is released on PS4. But based on this game, I am not interested in Destiny 2 what so ever, or any future bungie product for that matter. Never had Xbox products and barely tried the halo series. I enjoy the gun play of this game, but progression is frustrating.

This game isn't a race. You don't have to rush and stay at the top of you don't want. Just take your time and enjoy it. I mean being a 30 since week four was pretty boring at times.

1 Replyyou are not alone, 3 months is not enough for me to do all the grinding and stuff needed to move forward. I figure players are better off skipping the dlc and waiting for Destiny 2 (1.5) which I bet releases much sooner than people expect.. maybe 2015-2016

1 ReplyMy current work schedule for December has me doing 12 hour shifts on most days, needless to say I don't gave much time for gaming at the moment. Destiny in particular feels like a chore to play through with my current schedule.

16 RepliesNot every game is for everyone. Destiny is a game for grinders, who are willing/able to form a long-term relationship with a game. Who are happy with the PROCESS of playing rather than needing "trophies" to put on their mantle piece. Nothing wrong with trophies. Its just you're never going to get them from this game. Because the moment you conquer one challenge....the games going to put the next one in front of you. So you will NEVER beat this game until you've done the final raid in the game's franchise...and beaten it on hard.

3 RepliesIt's all about keeping people playing. You can keep discussing and posting about your frustration with it all you want but as long as people continue to play they will not care. The game has very little content so they need to keep people busy and this is how. Overall I enjoy the game so I don't feel I wasted my time and I'll go on leveling up my guns as I play but I agree it's annoying, but just gather marks for new armor then do bounties and level up all that new armor and guns and you will be back up to speed in no time.

Yep they suck spent time getting 14 exotics and leveling them then this comes out reset 2 guns then destroyed the rest of them

I can only usually play twice a week and I'm about to be level 31 and re-leveled 3 exotics... Its really not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. When you re-level them, they go faster than they did the first time around trust me. Its all about bounties.

I do alright, just have to spend time efficiently! Between working full time, school part time, planning a wedding and spending time with my wife to be I still manage to finish the nightfall a and the raid on all three characters. Granted I don't do all the bounties and my pvp time has suffered. But you know, priorities! Some things in destiny is a grind, but avoid them and just make sure you get the raid and nightfall done. You'll be fine

7 RepliesI know what you mean. This game is geared towards unemployed people or kids who don't know what a football or basketball is. Just do your own thing when you can until you don't enjoy it any longer. The game is dying so it won't take too long.
