I agree for the most part. If any direct evidence was found that tdb and how were suppose to be released as part of the original game I would imagine bungie could be sued because to my knowledge they did advertise some dlc in the vanilla game advertising. Meaning that would be, in my eyes, direct evidence of misconduct and should force a judge to force bungie to refund all dlc purchases and release the content for free up until what they can prove is technically an add on
