I'm not a Bungie Employee, but if you're talking about the Crota exploit, I think they're probably aware about it, though they have not commented on it. In the future, you can try to PM one of the Bungie Helps I suppose, but these sorts of things have a way of being abundantly shared to the point where the developers find about it pretty quickly. I'm not sure it matters, a youtube search can very quickly surface these sorts of things if they are interested in being able to reproduce them :)
