Target the player, then report for cheating. This will make a time stamp so bungie can look into it.
Personnaly I dont care if ppl cheeze stuff, as long as they form there own groups and do it by themselves. When I join strikes I would like to play them, and its selfish for people to do it when joining randoms. (unless you all agree on that)

Big difference between cheating and exploiting. Cheating I'd count mods and connection bullying (purposely degrading the host to gain advantage). That's ban worthy. Taking advantage of a slight mess of a coding job that is in the game...nah...it's like a broke vending machine. "Yea we know A3 drops two candy bars...it's great ain't it? Better hurry before the repair guy fixes it."

by doing that i can get them banned i don't want to get them banned
-
No. Do not worry about them getting banned. Thats not how it works. This wouldnt be something Bungie would ban people for (probably). It just notifies them of where exactly the issue is happening.
-
probably being the operative word i don't want to risk it
-
I wouldnt worry about it then. Enough people will alert bungie through this means and it will get fixed. (or not as bungie sees fit). They fixed the cheese spot on one of the bosses in Vanilla.
-
the difference is this is not a well known boss exploit but its op

The thing about people finding stuff like this. They cant help themselves from spreading the word. It becomes well known fairly quickly.

i agree but the video that was posted on youtube is not a well known youtube video i know on myself and on my xbox friends they keep it quiet so they can use it so the chances of bungee finding out are very slim
