If your Jolders has good PvP perks like Field Scout and Crowd Control then it will still be ok for standard Crucible. Unless you really need inventory space you shouldn''t dismantle it because you won't gain your glimmer back or any energy you invested in it. Considering the grind you have to go through it's kind of absurd they aren't upgraded or that you don''t get energy for them after investing so much effort into them.
