After the 2nd bridge area (totem/gatekeeper part) there is 6 doors you can open in the area just after the bridge using your ghost. There is also 6 people in the Fireteam (normally).
There is 2 doors on the left side (where ogres spawn) and 2 on the right (where ogres spawn) then 1 on the left right before the stairs to go up and 1 on the right. I, and a team, tried to open all 6 doors at the same exact time and nothing happened. We tried 1 at a time and nothing happened. I thought maybe opening all 6 at the same time would trigger something like another door opening.
At the top of the stairs, before the thrall/shrieker section, there is a very large door to the right. A ghost does NOT open this door. Maybe that door opens when the other 6 are opened at the same time? I don't think these 6 doors being able to be opened, the fact there is 6 in a Fireteam and the large door at the top is a coincidence.

so has anyone with a full fireteam ever tried opening all six spawn doors and seeing if the big door then opens for a period ? could there be any other triggers ? has anyone checked this door when the bridge is first crossed legit (one guardian across) ? What about when the entire fireteam is across and the ads spawn but before the ogres come in ? what about if all four totem pads (two on each side) are occupied at once ? what even if all six guardians crowd the big door with their ghosts out at once ?! lol

I was with a 6 man fire team, we all opened them at the same time and nothing triggered. Haven't tried any of the other things you asked.

" although user alex-english has commented they have been outside the map " I made my way (out of bounds) to the second chest area from the end fight after leaving the playable zone and there was nothing in the room, so the chest for that area must be loaded once you begin the encounter with the shriekers. What's most interesting about this is that there is a dedicated location for the chest to spawn in which can be seen even from out of bounds. There are no other areas like this on any area past the Thrall Bridge of the first part." I also noticed further down this thread someone seems to think that where the ogres spawn there are more trigger pads - personally i thought they were just the normal round grate covered floors. I'll have to take another look. I still think this is definately a door, and looking around the edges its not a static feature...
