Hi Hakfoo, I'm sorry for the repeated trouble, but I appreciate you trying out different troubleshooting steps. Can I have you try the steps on this page: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12147 It may point towards the underlying source of these errors.

  • these are errors that lots of people are getting since the patch last Tuesday, not caused by the players

  • Does connecting directly to them modem and bypassing the router help any?

  • It will help determine if a local router setup is the underlying cause to issues players encounter. If you hook up directly to the modem and still have trouble, this means that the issue is upstream. While Bungie is working to improve everyone's connection, players have had limited success working with their ISP to determine why these connection problems exist.

  • Thanks for taking your time to assist me. I just tried connecting the modem directly to the PS4 and I still receive the errors. :( I guess I should contact my ISP? If so what information should I give them? IP of servers, ports, ect.?
