Tbh there's so many strategies I couldn't write them all without filling out a novel. Two things I can say though is 1) Always be ready for heavy ammo. It spawns at 9:00 or 10:00 depending on the map. 10:00 only on the big maps (First Light, Bastion, SkyShock) all others are 9:00, then subsequently 5:30-5:50 thereafter. 2) Don't bother triple capping ever. Hold 2 zones and be happy with it, don't even go close to the enemy capture zone either or you'll flip the spawns and make them spawn on one of the capture points you already own. Therefore it's basically useless to try and triple because you'll just make it more difficult on yourself.
