No to changing things like damage/armor/cooldowns, big yes to increased glimmer from enemies/materials from nodes/parts from dismantling. Maybe a +25% experience gain from killing x enemy type or for characters under level 18.

Definitely not dmg or armor, but I do like the extra exp except keep it for any lvl because after 20 you still gain exp but instead of lvling up you get motes of light

The idea was to encourage people with only 1 character to level up a new one of a different class.
