I need help from bungie support quickly please
I just completed the bridge part of the crota raid for the first time and was very excited to see i got the new raid chest piece for my warlock. As i pressed X to equip the new item it instead broke it down into shards and materials.... is there any way to restore this item and or fix this glitch or should i trade this game in and be done with the error codes disconnects and glitches. especially dissapointed that a multimillion dollar company like bungie doesnt have a phone number for people to contact them for help and if anyone knows a better way to get a response from them for help please let me know

I'm not a Bungie Employee, but unfortunately they cannot [url=http://www.bungie.net/7_I-accidentally-dismantled-an-item-I-wanted-to-keep/en/Help/Article/12211]restore items that you accidentally dismantle[/url]. I'm sorry that you had a frustrating experience.

The following services cannot be provided: Recovery of dismantled items Reset character features Transfer of items between platform accounts Reset or refund weapon and armor upgrades Refund currencies on accidental purchases Revert Exotic Bounty choices Refund materials on accidental reforged weapons Restore deleted characters The choices you make in Destiny are often permanent.
