I hope it does but since they snuck in removing exchanging planet materials and increased costs of upgrading items to "take care of the 25k glimmer cap", I doubt it. For some reason they thought it was a great idea to add commendations but I just don't see any benefit. All I see is a huge detour to buy weapons and some armor. It's like they love to increase grinding instead of adding cool, fun content. Take a page from Borderlands and Diablo, add unlimited types of weapons and armor. Just think how cool Destiny would be if most players all had unique stuff. Cookie cutter load outs isn't fun or keeps a lot of people around.
