Can't remember what radiant materials but after killing him 3 times I got the following:
- emblem x 3
- shader x 3
- raid ship
- raid shotgun
- raid rocket launcher
- raid fusion rifle
Edit: crota will always drop a weapon

Crota doesn't always drop a weapon. I have done it 6 times and have only received 3 weapons
