Old legendaries from post-DLC engrams?
I just got a legendary chest engram from the crucible and it decrypted into an old legendary with only 27 light. Is this supposed to happen? I was under the impression that all legendaries recieved after The Dark Below came out would be the new ones, with 33 light for armor or 331 attack for weapons.
