Bit of a necro but is the range increasing hip fire accuracy really true?

Edited by Un1337ninj4: 12/14/2014 3:10:34 AMYep, you can confirm it yourself, just grab a weapon and switch between IS and a high-range scope/switch between Send It vs another mod. It's really visible on HandCs and Pulse rifles as there's a better indicator on the reticle itself.
