I'm getting banjo first caterpillar them banjo constantly and unable to play

Ok, this is what I did. I moved everything to an external HDD apps games everything, shut down console restarted, then went into settings and "restore to factory default" but before I did just to be safe I unplugged my external HDD, I then unified router and modem, plugging in the modem first then router and then Turing on Xbox then I proceed to go to the Xbox settings and restore factory default. Once that was finished I plugged in my HDD and loaded destiny up and it worked. Hopefully this will help you or maybe others. Good luck and hope you can get back online.

Ha yea, I don't know, I did a "factory restore" on console (X1) and it fixed it. I also had everything on an external hdd
