I dont think you can
Therefore all vog weapon have become obsolete
(Unless yu plan on doing VOG then yur ok but other than that
Better stock up on better weapons
Or wait for xur to come to upgrade them

Still doesn mean why now legendary are better than exotic. He sold exotic shard last week but its for 300. Damage

So about that Xur is going to start selling upgrades for exotics For a fee If for example you have Icebreaker 1.0 And xur is here and you see that wepon?? If im not mistaken you need to pay 7000 glimmer and an exotic shard to upgrade it to the new 2.0
