At this point what is the point? So u can get more ascendant shards/energy which are worthless after the dlc? I mean come on, if uve ever done flawless raider since the patch u would know that even if there was a chance at an exotic it wouldn't be worth it

Actually you still need shards and energies to upgrade lengendaries

Vendor legendaries yes but the CE raid legendaries will be using radiant shards/energy which u only get from the CE raid or by breaking down CE weapons/armor so for someone like me who has all the VOG armor and weapons ascendant materials are worthless at this moment

Well won't you still need shards and energy to level up the newer legendary gear?

New vendor armor gets you to 31. Each piece needs ascendant shards to level up. New vendor weapons go to 331 (or 332, can't remember) attack. Each weapon needs ascendant energies to rank up. Do you even destiny, bro?

I'm only going with raid armor since all of my gear is VOG raid gear and Crotas raid gear will use radiant shards/energy to upgrade which will only be available in the raid. I have no need for the new vendor armor since it will only get u to 30 which I already am.
