7? Halo 3 had 13 skulls, why stop at 7?! I'm still looking for evidence why people think there are more chests.

This isn't Halo. Until someone can find the source for these claims, I'm skeptical

Allow me to refine my statement for those who aren't older. prior to creating destiny bungie made the halo franchise. In halo, bungie hid items to be found through out the game series. Jason Jones owned Bungie then and still owns bungie now. I hold to facts and history than to 'implies' made by bungie. The hidden item counts follow, -Halo 2 has 34 hidden Easter eggs. -Halo Wars has 15 black box/ skulls. -Halo 3 has 13 hidden skulls. -Halo Reach has 31 Hidden Easter eggs. 34, 15, 13, 31.... None of these look like 7 nor show a pattern and all were created by bungie. The single solid reference to 7 has been the company 343 guilty spark and 343 Industries which is 7^3 I'm just saying, following the bread crumbs of the game developers doesn't show a love for the number 7 for finding tangible items for successfully completing a mission. Yes, there are 7's that are found through out the halo series. But they aren't tangible items to collect. Such as.. -"John 117" consists of 4 letters and 3 numbers (4+3=7). -"Cortana"'s name consists of 7 letters. -Foehammer is instructed to pick up John-117 at external junction 4C. Considering C is the 3rd letter of the alphabet, 4C would be 4 and 3; 4+3=7. -The Assault Rifle picked up by John-117 at the beginning of The Pillar of Autumn has 14 rounds in the magazine, 7+7=14. http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_seven_references_in_Halo

Well, for starters they like the number 7. Then, they have never made a single statement regarding players "finding all the chests". Lastly, DeeJ did a gameplay where he implied a few times there may be another chest hidden away somewhere.

He did a raid where the other guardians "claimed" he hinted at the chest multiple times. But I've never read an article or interview with those guardians. Do you happen to have a source or information on it? And if not, why do you so willingly accept what other people say and not concrete sources?
