Heavy reality altering is disabled......can not just straight up delete the opposing team.
I'm not a fan of Dr. Who, but doesn't this kinda remove them from the equation for the most part? All I ever hear about them in vs. threads is reality altering stuff. It also removes Star Trek's relevance due to the Q being what gets them into the front door as far as vs. threads go.
Honestly, this whole thing seems like it'd be simplified to Precursors, Chaos, Marvel vs. Q (minus what makes them special. Hopefully they have something.), and DC.
I don't know enough about all of these universes to give definitive answers either. Do you mind posting actual recorded feats of each universe? I think it'd also be beneficial if you gave guidelines as to what we're considering "reality altering" here.
Until I get more information, I'm just gonna say Team 1 wins via Precursors kiting team 2 until the end of the universe.

Well the Force, Sith, Yuuzhan Vong and Abeloth would not be easy.

They're irrelevant in this scenario. Marvel and DC know very little bounds, and you can be sure that Star Wars is not one of them.

Abeloth mate.

Hulk variations/Hercules/Galactus/Franklin Richards/Sentry/Black Bolt. Abeloth's feats are pretty mind blowing in Star Wars, and makes the universe a contender for most vs. threads that include her, but this isn't one of them. The issue with Abeloth is that she absolutely wrecks most ground wars, and smaller tier space combat. However this battle is not revolving around either of these. SW isn't even a blip on the radar as far as this fight is concerned, primarily due to Marvel being a thing.

Hmmmm.
