Halo, Warhammer, Transformers, Marvel, Mass Effect, and Destiny Vs Doctor Who, Star Wars, Dead Space, Star Trek, and DC
Heavy reality altering is disabled. Halo, Warhammer, Marvel, Dr Who, Star Trek, and DC can not just straight up delete the opposing team. Reality altering is allowed, just nerfed.
So, who wins?
Personally, I'm going to go out and say it ends with the Precursors (Team 1, Halo) dueling the Time Lords (Team 2, Dr Who.)

Basically it's: Halo: Halo Array, Flood, Forunners, Precoursers Mass Effect: Reapers, Crucible Destiny: Darkness, Traveller, Vex Doctor Who: Daleks, Timelords, bunch of weird shit Transformers: I'm not going to pretend to know these names. Star Trek: Red Matter, Doomsday Device DC: I can't even Marvel: Dem Aliens, Hulk, More weird shit War hammer: I don't even know Dead space: do they even have anything? Star Wars: Galaxy gun/Death Star, star forge/engine, crazy sith.
