So do you think we will be able to get an option to upgrade our legendaries, or at least our Raid Primaries?

They've already detailed what can be upgraded. It defeats the point if everything can.

Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated. I still hope they allow certain legendaries the ability to be upgraded, as I doubt they've created enough legendaries to allow us to have an individualized weapon load outs.

It looks like most (if not all) vendors at the tower are getting upgraded stock with the new weapons. I think there are going to be a ton.
