The missive in the 4th bounty slot was a repeat of one of those three bounties, but I forgot which one. I get a lot of repeat exotic bounties. (I do all of the non-Crucible bounties every day, which unlocks them) I've had this same thing happen to my other Titan as well. I guess Bunjie didn't expect us to hold onto bounties for weeks.
