Faction Level increase bonus?
I joined the faction New Monarchy (by purchasing and equipping their warlock bond) and got many bounties filled while wearing their specific bond. I reached reputation level 1 and got engrams from the postmaster (which I assumed were caused by this progress) and I was pleased. Yesterday (12/3/14) I reached reputation level 2 within this faction but I didn't get anything from the postmaster for it.
My question is, Should I expect it and have I been cheated, or does nothing come until level 3 and the stuff for level 1 was a coincidence.? Any help is appreciated!:)

Maybe a glitch, it happened to me before but every rank up after I've gotten legendary items. Sometimes I'll just get a mote of light, strange coins or ascendent materials but normally legendary weapons or armor.
