Happens on xb1 as well normally just logging off and back on will give you the trophy/achievement.
Took 5 days for my raiding party achievement to register after completing it.

It's been glitching for us for the last 3-4 weeks. We've tried everything to get it to pop without any luck. I think it has something to do with the raid not automatically sending you out to orbit after a post-mission screen. But regardless what the cause is, we're still not giving us the trophy.

That's possible but seems like the same issue xb1 users are having. Only other thing I can think of is that someone is attached to the clan correctly or Bungie is able to check. Are all ur members in the raid showing the same clan name in there banner ?

Yep, two of us even took screenshots beforehand and both screenshots and video when we completed it. We didn't even have anyone drop due to connectivity issues at any point. That sucks that Xb1 players are getting it too, it's really frustrating. I hope Bungie can fix this.
