I just do not care for crucible play. Not trying to start a rant. I just do not like it. Farming gave me a way to buy the stuff I want without having to endure time wasted there. Being able to buy materials let's those not interested in pve to move forward, selling materials allowed those not interested in crucible to do the same. With this update I will opt not to buy the coming expansion. If I wanted a pvp game there are many superior to destiny.

  • Oh my god will you people shut up. It was a staggering 650 materials required to get the marks required to buy one piece of legendary armor. 1100 for the helmet. 1400 for the weapons. And 6000(!) needed to rank up the faction. Just suck it up and play an 8 minute game of crucible for 2-3 marks.

  • Except that crucible is an awful PvP experience. If I wanted to PvP I play something fun like Titanfall or Battlefield. I miss the feature. Now I find myself not caring about destination mats or chests because it's a dead currency. Just like class mats and weapon parts. Ugh. They should have ADDED a buy-back for those currencies, not removed destination mats.
