The minotaurs and preditorians still randomly regain health. It is annoying

This glitch is VERY common. I've seen the praetorian gain his health back multiple times w/in a couple of seconds. On hard mode, this is devastating and usually can wipe a raid. The team I usually go in w/ sees this glitch multiple times in a row, sometime unable to recover.
