I've never heard of the glitches you've listed. How often do you see them?

the permanent detain can happen if no one in your party has died and the Templar uses detain it can become permanent, the oracle glitch is where the oracle appears to have been killed ( the animation of being killed yet isnt) the portal glitch when dealing with gate keepers or atheon can bug out and not teleport and you have to run back round into it or just ends up not working entirely, the vex spawning on top of the conflux is a very common thing happens everytime i do the VOG

Oh I've seen the oracle one in hard too. I thought I was just stupid and didn't finish it off though.

I don't see them too much on Normal but Hard mode he's right. Lots of glitches still, especially on Atheon.
