Alright, PC enthusiasts . . .

I need a power supply and a GPU. With 16GB of RAM, I'd like to find parts that can put it to good use. I want to play games like Skyrim and Battlefield 3/4 at 60 FPS. I care more about frames than res, but I don't want to have awful resolution. Looking at GPU's for Christmas, so my budget is about $300. If I need a higher budget, go ahead and tell me anyway. I don't know a lot about PC's or GPU's, so I don't know how much I'll have to spend to get what I'm looking for. I'll be adding my current parts later, just busy right now. Any ideas?

  • You should visit overclock.net. These guys helped me a ton with my first build (2007) Awesome info there. I wouldn't go cheap on PSU, nothing less than 500W. (Corsair has always been awesome from my experience, modular is worth the extra cost, makes it for a clean cable management and better airflow) Cards, I love Nvidia, great experience with them. I got all my GPUs from Nvidia or EVGA. This all depends on your budget, what's your budget? What your CPU? MB? Order most other parts from Newegg, in Hawaii, we don't even have a Best Buy ;(
