It is easier to get the baddest weapons in the game than it is a legendary ingram that actually is converted into a legendary weapon or armor. Less frequent xur....less frequent exotic bounties. The vendors are all pointless at this stage in the games evolution. About the best thing you said here is about the stock rotation every 12 hours
