Idk, PSN gets it a few days earlier cause the Sony is a bunch of Communist bastards (kidding, chill out guys). So I'm sure they will have to wait a week. One way or another, PSN will have a head start, wether it's an literal extra few days to get new stuff/level, or start he actual raid early
