Alright I've ran the VoG on hardmode numerous times since it's been available to me. I've gotten every raid weapon and armor except for the Warlock gauntlets, I've ran the raid 4 times this week already once on my hunter, once on my titan, and twice on 2 separate warlocks, just rerolled for the second time this week for another chance at those pesky gloves. So I'm asking my fellow raiders should I play this warlock on both Normal and Hard? or just Hard?
Edit 1: I do know that Hard gives double loot, what I'm asking is kind of statistical in a sense, because I can roll for double loot in hard with a chance of getting the gloves or other armor pieces or I can roll once in normal then once in hard. Normal having a slightly smaller pool and Hard having its bigger pool but more rolls at once. You could interpret what I'm saying as would the chance be better for Normal then Hard or just straight hard?

Not sure if true, but they state (start at 1430 to about 1630 or so) doing normal first when looking for a specific piece( not given only in hard) gives a greater chance to get said piece.
-
if you can do it on hard doing it on normal is not wise unless u have low level friends that need help and have time.

Alright so I did Normal then Hard raid and I still didn't get any gauntlets. However, I did get every other piece of armor. I really wish I could exchange one of those pieces for the gauntlets.

Definition of Veteran: doing something to help your country. Seems legit.

Ive noticed I got more raid gear doing hard mode str8. 2 Weeks ago on my titan I got chest boots and gloves all in 1 hard raid.

Since the gauntlets aren't a hard-only drop, I would suggest doing normal, then hard, I think you'll have a better chance that way
-
You can still do the normal after the hard raid to collect the chests, I heard this from a few people, but I haven't checked it out myself.

I feel like on hard there are many instances where the double drop yields the same item. Just this week someone in my party got two Fatebringers on the same drop. I've heard of multiple other instances of this, so I would be inclined to think normal then hard if looking for a specific piece.

Hard. You get the drops from normal on hard if you do that one first.
-
I don't think the chances are any different for normal or hard, though I don't have evidence to back that up.
-
Id do normal then hard.

mine dropped on normal
