What do you think about Fatebringer for oracles in a hard raid? I am just finishing upgrading mine and am wanting to try it out. I find the Firefly perk very useful on clustered mobs, with the precision damage also making my reload almost instantaneous, but not sure about it with oracles at Atheon because the reload will be so much slower. I also have a fully maxed Atheon's Epilogue and Corrective Measure. I usually switch my primary to AE when we get to Atheon. Between it and CM it seems like we can knock oracles pretty quickly, but I like hand cannons best and would like to stick with one if I can.
I would love to hear feedback from others on this from your experience. Thanks!

I love my Fate Bringer, but I've just started switching to VoC for the final oracle section. FB is a beast, but with the slow fire rate and slow reload I don't take any chances. I think you're already doing the right thing, smash everything pre-Atheon with FB and switch to AE for oracles.

No no no

Worst gun against Oracles Ae > voc > fate Bringer / timepiece

From what I hear at level 30 you can 1-2 shot oracles.

I put my maxed Fatebringer on before the raid. And NEVER take it off. Best gun in game

I've used mine in a few hard raids. The reload is painfully slow when you're taking down oracles on atheon stage. I'm expecting the likes of epilogue and VoC to be better suited to this task.

It take 5-7 shots to kill an oracle with maxed Fatebringer. I'll make sure to pay closer attention next time.

Its a great weapon all around. If you're soloing Oracle's you may be underwhelmed at the dps, but it's still great adventuring tandem with another. Jump into and give it a shot while testing it out. I always found myself going back to VoC for atheon phase, but that's just me.
