These rappers, unfortunately, don't get as much limelight as the hood ones who actually make garbage for music, if you can call it that. Look up artists like Logic, King Los, Kendrick lamar, ab soul, mark battles, eminem, Lecrae, Slaughterhouse, Jarren Benton, Lupe, childish gambino, J Cole, nas, and 2pac. That is GOOD rap

I used to listen to to gangsta rap when I was 14-18 years old Then I wised up for a few reasons 1) it's horrible derogatory music 2) these scumbags were all breaking the law before they were famous 3) I'm not black 4) the guys that do this type of music don't actually give a -blam!- about white people, black power an all that 5) I can't relate to "shooting up some n****z while I drive by some bitches sipping coke" 6) they have zero respect for women 7) their culture breeds violence 8) it makes mentally weak white guys think they are proper hood gangstas 9) Rappers are some of the most egotistical pricks on the face of the planet I know people will hate me for my opinions an try to defend rap as an art and all that.
