My thought would be one perk could change to be more versatile:
1. Cracked Defense - Mida Tool automatically does base damage against all shielded enemies (elemental damage does not apply for Mida Tool)
2. Harder they fall - Mida Tool receives bonus damage anytime an ultra or major is killed
3. Peeped - Kills when zoomed generate more ammo in the mag

One focused on harder mobs, the other to help you get a small buff during those times or over rampant enemies - the other dowfall is the clip size - adding that 3rd one would be great for farming or other things. I think VoG sync plates would make it handy as well. Perhaps Cracked Defense can apply when performing precision shots so that way it can be balanced a bit more :)
