That would be news to me :/. I have been seeing answers that the expansion pass is not subject to that article. I have also been telling people that the expansion pass will upgrade regardless (so I really hope you are wrong, because I would feel terrible). Bungie hasn't corrected such answers, like in this post: http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/76676142/1/0 And their digital upgrade help article explicitly calls out the 360 to One expansion pass upgrade, even though the 360 does not have a digital premium edition: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12122
