what if it is a pulse rifle but under the name of a scout. if you noticed, it only has 7 shots in the magazine, no one would ever use a 7 shot scout rifle. unless it shot 3 shots each shot, then it would make sense.now iuf you put it in that perspective, it has 24 bullets.
