Let me just say as devil's advocate that it's okay to believe both. The idea that the earth is six thousand years old is based on the assumption that the earth was created around the same time that the book of Genesis was written. That is ridiculous. The Old Testament stories were old tales passed down through word of mouth for an unknown number of generations. There are so many unknowns about the oldest books that no one should make any assumptions about their contents.
What if there is a god? And what if that god created existence and the cycle of evolution? I think it's healthy to think outside of the box occasionally.

For a puzzle box for an example puzzle pieces inside it they don't just randomly spawn there, they weren't made by themselves there was a creator , evolution says the Big Bang happened out of nothing, how do you create something out of nothing? The answer is a creator supernaturally my opinion

Evolution has a lot of holes and much of it is only theory. The same can be said of Christianity. There is indeed evidence of evolution though, and to disregard it would be ignorant. Sure, the Big Bang is pretty far out there, but the adaptation of species is clear. When I was a kid, my pastor told me that God planted the dinosaur bones there for us to find. Even then it sounded insane. Creationists are saying that they know what God was doing and thinking. That they know his intentions. Whether you believe or not, that's a bit crazy.

While planting his bone for you to find.....

I wasn't raised Catholic or Jewish.

I do not understand the adaption of species

Question What type of school do you go to?
Question What type of school do you go to?
I go to a Christian school / private.

No wonder. They teach us evolution in 7th and 9th grade.

I don't have an evolutionist or creationist point of view (both are just as fanatical about uncertainties). I believe that Earth was made from the frost giant Ymir's corpse. ;-) No one says you have to pick teams. If you want to understand how species have changed then Google it. You don't have to believe it but there's a strong argument there.
