I'm hoping someone will eventually answer this. I did the nightfall and daily on my warlock today but got no rewards. I didn't get disconnected though.

It could have possibly been because you were completing the daily or weekly at the time of its' reset, that's happened to me multiple times and I end up getting no rewards for it.

I did it well after the reset. It was later in the evening. The reset happens early in the morning. I figured I would just lose out on that one this week because there's nothing that can be done about it. It just sucks because I wanted a chance at an Icebreaker.
