you either raid long enough that RNG blessed you or...
You earned your stripes in the Iron Banner for the armor you needed to become a level 30. Coming from someone with a character that did both, I congratulate all 30's and those close.
Who cares how they "earned" their armor. We should be stoked for others progression through the game, not create some stupid debate to make you feel better or above someone.

Thus this man breaks the trent of real and fake 30s. Bless your soul good man. Finally people with a sense of reality lol. I mean really in the end battling RNGESUS is actually earning your gear. You just don't know when u will obtain it. But if you burn the raid every week in hope that's putting the work into it.
