While I don't know if it was lag switching since apparently it's not possible to do it in Destiny, it did feel very much like the old Halo days. Things I encountered during IB that I don't usually encounter with a high speed, quality connection (also of note I've NEVER had a zoo error since release day): 1. Team losing, suddenly all red Ping bars. Assured victory. 2. People racing through with supers continuously charged, Golden Guns running from start to finish nonstop. 3. Heavy Ammo crates not opening for team, but for enemy team just fine. 4. Lag Baiting, the enemy team obviously knew what they were doing and the lagger was helping them willfully. 5. Some Hunters were going into Bladedance, lagging and then able to walk around in perpetual Bladedancer mode. 6. Infinite Ammo glitch supposedly gone, several matches where the whole team started with loaded launchers and decimated. 7. Went from a 8,000 to 3,000 lead. Suddenly character was running into walls, couldn't move, ammo wasn't releasing from weapon, grenade throw animation would happen, grenades would not. Enemy team moved about SWAT style humping air in front of us and won effortlessly. There is quite a bit of merit to this, and if it has been found that there is a way to cheat the connection in Destiny it must be fixed immediately. EDIT: Before people say this is an excuse I publicly own up to hating and sucking at PVP. But in all the times I've been massacred at Crucible none of these above events have happened, let alone, happened frequently.

  • It's possible to lag switch IF you know what you're doing and can fluctuate the lag to where it's just below disconnection but still causes you to "teleport" and be invincible You could also run your console through a hotspot on your phone and just use that to lag (this isn't a lagswitch)

  • I've never had or seen Zoo error code. What does that mean?

  • I had the same things hapoen. Especially number two last night. Something seriously wrong was going on in there and it was the same players constantly through multiple matches.

  • Don't worry, there will always be incredibly depressed people who need to justify their own existence by throwing around k/d's as if they matter. Just ignore/pity them, as I do, and hope that their real life is less sad than their forum/online one. I posted this not because I'm mad about getting beaten, but because of the way in which I was beat. I've gotten massacred so many times, but I enjoy myself regardless unless I encounter things like the ones you mentioned. It stops being fun when you're getting beaten not with skill, but with lag. The matchmaking in this game is crazy though. My team would go from hosing scrubs to encountering a team we couldn't touch. And it's not that they lagged to win, but were just that good. It was frustrating, but cool to see people that proficient at Destiny's PvP. The matchmaking is a while different story, though.
