The [i]best[/i] viable option would be to [b]add reforging to factions[/b]. Why?
-Reforging stays. I'm sure Bungie took some time to develop it, why not give it a more permanent status.
-Still need to gain rep to access the weapons.
-People can choose their faction without worrying which one has the best weapons. Now we could pick based on the attribute bonuses.

Edited by Viper45: 11/25/2014 4:48:25 PMReforging with any entry level requirement is a good thing in my book. There are even perks you could lock to one faction allowing for an easier time balancing it out. I just want to see it in the game permanently in some form, thanks for the comment!
