90% of the time I come to bungie.net to find a raid group, teamates expect to be carried with little contribution. It does not matter if they are 29 or 30, there is no screening progress for "teamwork" or coordination. Just 2 rogue teammates (sometimes one) can prevent a succesfull raid and waste time/energy. The worst part is the effect cascades into people dropping out one by one due to frustration, then the cycle continues as we search for new teams...
I think there needs to be some kind of "raid score/evaluation" where unhelpfull teammates and quiters could essentially become blacklisted (or at least make everyone aware of their tendencies).
Until then, I guess I will just have to miss out on a few weekly raids if im not online when my raiding friends are.
Post your thoughts.

Never had a problem with that to be honest. Only time I rage quit a Raid was when I was doing it with a group where half the team never completed it. They had no clue how to even activate the Spire and the guys that did the Raid before got so pissed after 10 minutes of shooting Pretorians that they bailed. If people were honest about their Raid experience, this wouldn't be a problem at all.
