Grinding/map/strike/story/content. Why were all pissed.

Now that I got your attention. So, Ive seen a lot of complaining including. Rng Repetitive missions Repetitive strikes Repetitive raids Grinding quests Grinding crucible OK we get it, you're tired of it, but heres why its an issue. For anyone who knows WoW, will know what I am talking about, a while back, some devs from WoW, from original Vanilla, (yes Vanilla) were laid off, who then did work for bungie, and guess what game they worked on? Destiny. Those of you who do not know WoW. It is a pyre grind core, grinding for gear, gold, weapons, armor, xmog, etc, hell I know, I have a lvl 90 dk, and I remember staying up all day grinding timeless isle for 540 gear Heres the thing, bungie didn't mean for destiny to turn out like this. When destiny was in the making, the main focus was to keep the players busy, quests, raids, strikes, grinding, what us what destiny was supposed to be. The loot system Everyone says the loot system is bad and that its RNG, personally I say its not, destiny loot system was built around a trade and auction house system that didn't get a chance to be added, so players that could get what they required, would be capable of buying it. Things cut, DLC content Auction house P2P trade Non linear mapping, this game was supposed to be a fluid mapping, with a MUCH larger reach than what it currently has. We have already seen evidence if much if the narrative scenes removed as well. Here's why. We also know bungie signed with Activision, now Activision, being the money mongers that they are, had bungie push the game out the door, we can clearly see the game was rushed, hence the lawsuit. I personally believe this game wasn't supposed to hit until February with 8 strikes 3 raids More vehicles All NPCs fully interact able More content Fully navigable map, not this linear cod map bs More storyline Bottom line, this game was made to basically be the next WoW on Xbox/PS. Hence the 10 years of content. (WoW just had their 10th anniversary BTW). This game was made to grind for what you need in time for the next content to release, then you would be there, hitting all the new quests, strikes, raids, getting all the now new gear, while the old stuff becomes the next blue. Personally, being a WoW player myself, I love the concept, I just wish to see what was supposed to be added. Also, please remember, the game did just come out. Bungue is now battling helping us, fix bugs, ficus on content, de-glitch current content. Etc etc, give them a break

  • I feel like where they have 3 separate places to store your stuff in a vault on the tower were meant to be 3 separate places to either trade p2p, to put into public space for anybody to grab gear you find useless, and one for you to store your stuff just an opinion
