They didn't earn it anymore than they did, they maybe ran the raid twice and had a full set just fall into their lap, maybe they ran it 15 times and finally got lucky. It's all RNG, does a player "earn" it if they went from 25 to 30 after one run? No. The only difference with the IB gear is we KNEW what the prize would be, so we grinded for hours to get it. Time wise and play wise its harder to get IB gear then Raid gear. And we have to deal with whiners and kids and Nerf preachers all day. So if anyone says I haven't earned my level 30 I'll go, UP YOURS BUDDY!!. Anyway, who cares? It's not as if level 30 shows ski or experience, it shows how lucky you are. In fact the grimoire score of player is a better measure of experience than level.
