If you don't have Vision of Confluence then this gun is a close second, perhaps even edging out in front of it in some cases, but if you do have Confluence, and aren't interested in amassing hoards of different weapon choices, then this is a passable weapon, considering the grind required to get it. The only reason I grinded it out, brought four, and reforged a couple dozen of them was purely for science. I'm always interested in testing out new weapons, especially when the stats are as good as they appeared to be here. It's a great weapon, and I intend to use it often, but I still think Confluence is the better weapon, purely because of its high stability and rate of fire.

Yeah I wish I had VoC. Since I don't have any scouts I figured this might be the best to get. I'm almost at rep 4 as well so hopefully it won't be too much of a grind depending on how much bonus xp there is for today.

If you're almost 4 and don't have VoC, then I'd stick it out. 4-5 is the same as 3-4, so you already know how long a level takes. Good-luck, and let me know how it turns out.
